On 18th April 2023, MOHEROTHER met at Pop Recs, Sunderland to get real about art working as a caregiver. The meeting was hosted by Sue Loughlin and featured speaches from Laura Brewis and Helen Pailing, who shared their honest experiences and encouraged us to think about the specific needs that carers and parents have when working freelance within cultural and creative settings. We envisaged what a caregiver friendly residency might look like and used our discussion to evlove our own Care Riders.
